Katherine Thompson CPA APC
Kathy Thompson is the owner of Katherine M. Thompson CPA APC. She has extensive experience with over 35 years in tax preparation and planning. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University and began her training working for the Big 4 accounting firm KPMG in Los Angeles. Upon moving to San Diego after marriage, she continued working for large local CPA firms while raising her kids.
Manuel Alvarez - Assistant
He has over 20 years of experience working with CPAs in tax preparation and planning. Manuel is currently licensed as an Enrolled Agent and empowered by the U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service for tax issues that include audits, collections, and appeals.
